We want you to love your ShopStrap purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase and are subject to a handling fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used products cannot be returned.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at shopstrapinfo@gmail.com within 30 days from the order date to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, you’ll be given a return authorization and instructions for shipping the product back to us. Return labels are good for 10 days and must be shipped and scanned by the carrier in this time window. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method automatically. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for all return costs.

Damaged or Defective Products

Kindly inspect your order upon delivery and reach out to us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. This allows us to assess the issue promptly and make it right.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
